SITE RULES
1. Be kind to all members of the forum. If we catch anyone bullying another member they will be warned only once before they are banned from the forum. We want people to have fun on here and that won't happen if there is bullying going on.
2. Please use proper spelling and grammar. This goes especially for the role play boards. No one will get in trouble for typos, but anyone caught purposely typing badly will be warned only a couple of times before being banned.
3. If you have a problem with another member on this board please contact a staff member about the problem. Do not post your problems on the forum, this will only make things worse.
4. This board is rated PG-13 as according to the Proboards terms and conditions.
5. Cursing is allowed on this board, but do not use it excessively. If every other word you use is a curse word you will be asked to stop and if you keep it up you will be banned.
6. If you are going to be away from the board for any amount of time please let us know by PMing a staff member. This is so your characters won't be marked as inactive.
7. Anyone who has been absent for a month without leaving a message will have their characters moved to the 'Inactive Characters' board and there account will be deleted. If this happens you can always come back, but you will have to reapply for your character.
8.There is only one account per registration.
9. Your account name should be the name of your character, and the avatar and signature should be only pictures of your character.
CHARACTER RULES
1. When creating a character please use the proper character form. If you do not use the right character form you will be asked to make your character again using the correct form this time.
2. There are no invincible characters allowed. All characters must have a weakness of some type. Your character will not be approved if your character is invincible.
3. On the same note as the previous rule, there are no Mary Sues or Marty Stus allowed in this role play. That means your characters cannot be perfect. They must have negative traits as well as positive traits. A perfect character is not fun to role play with.
4. There is only one Avatar. It is a first come first served basis. The avatar must have an animal guide and a group of people they can travel the world with fighting crime. Try at least having one non bender.
5. All face claims must be from anime, cartoons, manga, or video games. No real people.
6.If you decide to kill your character, wait exactly 5 months before killing off another one. We can’t have a masquerade!
ROLEPLAYING RULES
1. Proper spelling and grammar is a must! This rule is in both the 'Forum Rules' and the 'Role Play Rules' because it is so important. If people cannot understand what you are saying they will not reply to your post.
2. Before you can start role playing you must create a character and have that character be approved by a staff member. Once that is done you can start role playing.
3. Do not control other people's characters. Anyone caught doing this will be warned to stop. I'm sure you wouldn't like having someone else control your character so please don't do it to someone else.
4. Please do not have out of character discussions in the role play. That is what messages and the c-box are for. If you want to discuss ideas then you are free to use the 'Plot Ideas' board to discuss it with other members.
5. Fighting is allowed in the role play, it make things more interesting. Just remember that you will not always win every fight, so try to lose a couple as well. Also, rarely do people come out of fights unscathed, so keep that in mind as well.
6. Do not kill someone's character without their permission. You will be only given two to three chances before you are banned for breaking this rule. Nobody wants to have their character die without a purpose so leave it to them to decide if their character dies.
7. Please make sure to post at least one paragraph when roleplaying. Make sure to keep it so others can join in with you. Role Play with everyone, not the same people over and over.
